Terrestrial radiation refers to the natural background radiation that originates from the Earth's crust and atmosphere. It includes radiation from radioactive elements such as uranium and thorium in the soil, as well as radiation from radon gas and cosmic rays from outer space. Terrestrial radiation is constantly present in the environment and contributes to the overall background radiation that humans are exposed to on a daily basis. **

Cosmic radiation refers to high-energy particles, mainly protons and atomic nuclei, that originate from outer space and bombard the Earth from all directions. These particles can come from sources such as the sun, supernovae, and other cosmic events. Terrestrial radiation, on the other hand, refers to the radiation that originates from the Earth itself, such as radioactive elements in the soil, rocks, and building materials. Both cosmic and terrestrial radiation contribute to the background radiation that humans are exposed to on a daily basis. **

Cable television, on the other hand, delivers signals through a physical cable connection, which generally results in a more reliable and consistent reception. Cable television also offers a wider range of channels and higher picture and sound quality compared to terrestrial television. **
